A representative of Allaboutbeauty received a treatment at the Courthouse Clinic in Birmingham. Maureen was met by very friendly staff, Lyndsey ,the manager and Lauren the therapist who performed the treatment.
After a thorough cleanse, tone and skin analysis Lauren explained in clear detail the treatment she thought most appropriate for Maureens’ skin.
The treatment began with Micro skin Resurfacing (micro-dermabrasion) during which dead cells are vacuumed away in a safe controlled manner using a wand which gently exfoliates, there was no discomfort with this at all.
The next stage was the Omnilux Revive Red Light Therapy which targets specific cells to stimulate deeper skin tissue leading to softening of fine lines, during this treatment a warm red light screen is over the face the warmth is very relaxing and comforting.
Maureen saw a difference after the treatment but the full extent of the benefits were not visible until the following day.
The first treatment will take approximately one hour, on going treatments will take approximately 45 minutes great for a lunch hour treatment for busy working people. The therapist will recommend how often and how many treatments are necessary for each client as each person has a different skin condition and this is a prescriptive treatment plan.
The treatment was completed with an application of a lovely mineral make-up.
